If you are wondering whether to book the call, the answer to most of those wonderings is below. If yours is not here, ask us live.
Do you only work with agents in Central Florida?
We are based in Central Florida and most of our work happens here, but we travel for retainer clients and estate-tier listings. If you are outside the region, the discovery call covers travel logistics and any cost adjustments.
Do I own the footage?
Yes. You get a perpetual, unlimited license for the finished deliverables. We retain the right to use cuts and stills in our portfolio and reels. We do not resell your footage to other agents.
Can I see raw footage?
On request, yes. It costs an extra delivery fee because organizing and exporting raw files is real labor. Most clients prefer the finished cut, which is what they paid us to produce.
How fast is delivery?
Stills next morning. Listing video in 5 to 7 business days. Drone clips inside 48 hours. Estate-tier projects on a custom timeline agreed at booking.
What if my listing falls through before delivery?
We still finish the work and deliver it. You get the assets for future listings, brand reels, or your channel. We do not refund production already shot.
Do you do exclusivity deals?
Yes, at the Studio in Residence tier. We will not shoot competing agents inside your geographic farm during your retainer.
What is the minimum commitment for retainer work?
Social momentum is 3 months. YouTube growth is 6 months. Studio in Residence is 12. Retainers compound only if you give them time to compound.
Will you produce content for my coach or course?
Yes. We produce for Evolve University and other educators. Course content, lesson videos, and supporting media are normal scope for us.
Do you handle the gear page affiliate links?
That is our personal gear list. We do not sell gear or take resale margins. The affiliate links exist so you can buy what we use without overpaying through a marketplace markup.
I am not sure if I need this. How do I know?
Book the discovery call. We will look at your last three listings, look at your YouTube or Instagram, and tell you the cheapest move that would make the biggest difference. Sometimes the answer is no, we cannot help. We will tell you that too.
