If you are wondering whether to book the call, the answer to most of those wonderings is below. If yours is not here, ask us live.
Do you film or come to my listing?
No. Evolve Studio is an editing and advisory studio. You record your own footage on your own time using the shot list we build together. Upload the raw files to our shared secure drive when you are ready. We finish the edit and deliver. The gear page covers what we recommend you record with.
Do you only work with clients in Central Florida?
No. Because the workflow is upload-and-edit, geography is not a constraint. We are based in Central Florida and work with clients anywhere. The discovery call covers your situation and any nuance.
Do I own the footage?
Yes. You recorded it. You uploaded it. It never stopped being yours. You also get a perpetual, unlimited license for the finished deliverables. We retain the right to use finished cuts and stills in our portfolio. We do not resell your raw files to other clients.
Can I get my raw files back?
Of course. They live in the shared drive you uploaded them to. We keep our own working copies through delivery, then archive. You can pull raw at any time.
How fast is delivery?
Photo retouch within 24 hours of upload. Listing video edit in 5 to 7 business days from final upload. Short-form social cuts inside 48 hours from upload. Estate-tier projects on a custom timeline agreed at booking.
What if my listing falls through before delivery?
We still finish the edit and deliver it. You get the assets for future listings, brand reels, or your channel. We do not refund work already in the edit bay.
Do you do exclusivity deals?
Yes, scoped to long-term retainer engagements. We will not take competing agents inside your geographic farm during your active retainer.
What is the minimum commitment for retainer work?
We agree the minimum at booking based on the service and your goal. Short-form social cadence and long-form YouTube edits have different rhythms, and we want the commitment to match the work, not a generic policy.
Will you edit content for my coach or course?
Yes. We edit for Evolve University and other educators. Course content, lesson videos, and supporting media are normal scope for us.
What is on the gear page?
The kit we recommend for clients self-recording their own footage. The affiliate links exist so you can buy the same gear our top clients use without overpaying through a marketplace markup. We do not sell gear or take resale margins.
I am not sure if I need this. How do I know?
Book the discovery call. We will look at your last three listings, look at your YouTube or Instagram, and tell you the cheapest move that would make the biggest difference. Sometimes the answer is no, we cannot help. We will tell you that too.
