You film. Our self-record guide covers setup, framing, and audio so every session is usable. Then you drop the footage in your shared drive.
04 · We edit
Every video comes back finished: edit, thumbnail, title, description, and tags. Long-form plus shorts cut from the same session.
05 · Publish and report
You upload, or on the Managed plan we schedule and publish for you. Growth and Managed plans get a monthly analytics report and an advisory call.

The one-time setup is not a form you fill out. We create or refresh the channel itself: art, about section, playlists, SEO baseline, upload workflow, and a trailer edited from your footage. Growth adds a 90-day content map. Managed adds a full audit and a competitor baseline before the first video ships.
Managed plan
On the Managed plan we work through YouTube's own channel permissions. You grant Manager access, you keep full ownership, and we never ask for your password. We schedule, publish, optimize, and send you a digest of the comments worth your attention.
